Man injured in Reno Co. accident
A Reno County man's current condition is unknown following an accident Friday evening.
Sheriff Randy Henderson said it happened shortly before 9 p.m. on 43rd Street, about a one-half mile east of Worthington Road, southeast of Buhler.
A pickup truck driven by a 21-year-old man was traveling east with 35-year-old Jason McCain riding on the tailgate. McCain fell, suffering head and neck injuries.
He was taken by Lifeteam Helicopter to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis in Wichita for treatment.
