Wichita and Eastborough police officers found a 71-year-old man who had been missing from his east Wichita home for about 6 hours Wednesday.   The man wandered away from his home early in the morning, and he had not taken his diabetes shots.   Police sergeant Jim Pinegar said the man also suffers from dementia.    Pinegar said the man had wandered along a 4-mile path in east Wichita.

The man was seen near Central and Armour around 1 p.m., and he was checked out by an EMS crew before he was taken home.
