Pests shut down much of Wichita Central Library
Wichita's Central Library is mostly closed due to a pest problem.
The building, located at 223 S. Main, will close at 5:30 p.m. due to its limited capabilities. Computers, internet access and meeting rooms are not available at the location.
Visitors can still pick up holds or prizes from the summer reading program. The can also return items.
Other library locations are not affected by the closure to the Central Library. Information on the reopening of the library is expected at a later time.
