Mother Nature threw a curve to delay a Wingnuts baseball game.

Friday night's game between the Wichita Wingnuts and Sioux Falls Pheasants at Sioux Falls Stadium has been suspended due to a power outage and inclement weather, with the Pheasants leading 7-5 with two outs and no one on base in the bottom of the seventh inning.

The game will be completed late Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. Saturday's original game will go on as planned at 6:05 p.m. and is still scheduled for nine innings. James Baker is currently in the game for Wichita. Reggie Abercrombie is at the plate with a 2-1 count.
