Saline County Emergency Management Director resigns
The Saline County Commission is looking for a new Emergency Management Director.
Our news partners at KWCH said Joe Koch submitted his resignation as director to the Saline County Commission after Tuesday morning's meeting. Koch faces several charges, including suspicion of aggravated battery.
Investigators said the charges are the result of a domestic violence incident in June. Koch had been on leave without pay since the July 30 arrest. He also faces charges of attempt aggravated criminal sodomy, criminal restraint and criminal damage to property. The commission accepted Koch's resignation.
