Newton man gets over 21 years for making child pornography
A Newton man has been sentenced to over 21 years in federal prison for producing child pornography. Lucas Buller, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of producing child porn, and he admitted collecting images and taking photos of children in various states of undress.
The Newton Police Department and the U.S. Attorney's office worked on the case, which was prosecuted under the Project Safe Childhood initiative.
Buller was sentenced in federal court in Wichita on Friday.
