5-year-old child injured in accident
A 5-year-old child was critically injured in an accident early this morning in south Wichita.
It happened on Gold near 32nd Street around midnight.
Wichita Police said a car driven by a 26-year-old man was northbound on Gold when it collided with a parked car. Two children in the car were taken to the hospital.
The driver was taken in for questioning. No other details have been released.
