City of Wichita open and closure listing for Labor Day Holiday
The City of Wichita has released a listing of its facilities that will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday. Transit services will not be available on Monday. Other closures include:
- City Hall
- All park and recreation facilities
- Animal Shelter
- Great Plains Nature Center
- Wichita Ice Center
- Old CowTown Museum
- Wichita Art Museum
- Wichita Public Library
- Neighborhood City Halls
- CityArts
- Mid-America All Indian Center
Golf courses, Botanica, O.J. Watson Park, the Ralph Wulz Riverside Tennis Cener and WichitaTix Box office in the Century II Concert Hall foyer will be open on Labor Day.
