Crime Stoppers asks for help finding bank robber
Crime Stoppers wants your help in capturing the man who robbed the Bank of the West Branch at 255 N. Main in downtown Wichita. It happened on Aug. 14 around 10:30 a.m.
The suspect entered the bank, approached an employee and ordered the employee to "give me all the money." The man put the cash into a green bag and left the bank south on foot.
He is described as a black male, around 35 years old, 5-feet-11-inches tall with a medium build. He had a black bandanna over his face and was wearing wire frame sunglasses, black pants, a black jacket with an unknown white logo on the front left and a black ball cap on backward with an unknown white logo on it.
