Teen recovering after jumping off Kellogg
A 17-year-old boy is expected to recover after jumping off of Kellogg in downtown Wichita.
Wichita Police Sgt. Donald Kimball told KFDI News that it happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. Monday on the Kellogg overpass at Main St.
Kimball said the teen climbed up onto Kellogg and then jumped down. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Kimball said the boy has significant injuries, but is expected to recover. The teen will receive a mental evaluation, which is standard procedure.
