Spirit AeroSystems worker who died after industrial accident identified
There's more information about the Spirit worker who died after an industrial accident.
The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office identified the worker as 26-year-old Matt Lyons of Wichita. Lyons fell about 12 feet onto concrete at Spirit AeroSystems earlier this week.
He worked at the company for more than five years. The company sent out an emailed statement Tuesday in which officials promised a thorough investigation into the accident.
