Hutchinson bondsman arrested for promoting prostitution
A Hutchinson bondsman has been arrested on charges of promoting prostitution.
Dwight Jergins, 66, was arrested on two counts Friday afternoon by Reno County Sheriff's deputies.
Jergins has not been officially charged with a crime. No other details have been released.
