Man suffers minor injuries after vehicle hit with gunfire
A 21-year-old man suffered minor injuries after the vehicle he was in was shot at near the intersection of 13th and Hydraulic around 5:45 a.m.
Wichita Police Sergeant Bart Brunscheen said the man was picking a friend up in the area when a bullet shattered a window, cutting the man.
The man drove himself to Via Christi Hospital on East Harry and was treated for minor lacerations from the shards of glass.
Police have not been able to locate a suspect, and do not have a cause for the shot being fired.
