Harper County crash leaves one man dead
The driver of a semi tractor trailer was dead at the scene of a rollover accident.
It happened just after noon Wednesday on K-2, about four miles west of Anthony in Harper County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said 67-year-old James Lewis of Hazelton was traveling east bound on K-2 when the semi left the roadway. He overcorrected and the semi overturned in the south ditch. The semi was hauling a 1981 Jack Trailer at the time of the crash.
Lewis was not wearing a seatbelt.
