Wichita Festivals Inc. Names new VP
Wichita Festivals Inc, the organization behind the Wichita River Festival has named a new Vice President of Program Development. Ann Keefer has been Vice President of Marketing for the Wichita Downtown Development Corporation since 2002 and has spent the last 30 years as an event planner and community volunteer.
Keefer is familiar with River Festival operations. She help create the original Riverfest Block Party in the 1980's and was also involved with this year's block party.
Keefer is active with other Wichita events and organizations including the Tallgrass Film Festival, Wichita Arts Council, Old Town Rotary and Old Town Association.
