October is Zombie Preparedness Month
October has been declared Zombie Preparedness Month in Kansas. Governor Brownback has signed a proclamation marking the occasion .
The tongue-in-cheek approach is a continuation of the Division of Emergency Management's emergency preparedness campaign with the slogan, 'If you're prepared for Zombies, you're prepared for anything."
