36th Annual Governor's Conference for the Prevention of Child Abuse & Neglect starts today
The 36th annual Governor's Conference for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect begins today at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Century II Convention Center.
More than 600 people from across the state are expected to attend this year's conference, which will cover a variety of topics, including human trafficking, best practices in foster care, internet safety and crime scene protocol for law enforcement.
The conference runs through Wednesday.
