The Red Cross has scheduled several remote blood drives this month to maintain a constant supply going into the holiday season.

Among the upcoming blood donation opportunities are:
 
Butler County
Oct. 21 from 8 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 1429 N. Andover Road in Andover
 
Cowley County
Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Southwestern College in Wroten Hall, 100 College St. in Winfield
 
Oct. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Arkansas City High School, 1200 W. Radio Lane in Arkansas City
 
Harvey County
Oct. 29 from 11:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 30 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 225 S. Poplar in Newton
 
Sumner County 
Oct. 19 from 1:30 to 6 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 411 S. Eighth in Conway Springs
