Naked man confronts woman inside her home
A woman in South Wichita was confronted by a naked man inside of her home. It happened shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of South Lulu.
Wichita Police say the woman was able to escape safely from the house and call 911. Police arrived on scene and surrounded the home after the man barricaded himself inside.
Once enough officers were on scene, police entered and took the man into custody, said Sgt. Don Kimball. He was taken downtown to city hall to be interviewed by detectives.
Kimball said the woman did not know who the man is, and it is unclear how he made it inside of her home.
