DCF Secretary Gilmore to visit south central Kansas
Kansas Department of Children and Families Secretary Phyllis Gilmore is making visits Thursday to DCF facilities in El Dorado, Winfield and Emporia.
The purpose of the meetings is to speak with community leaders, identify concerns and to tour the facilities.
