Eastside car dealership offices and vehicles vandalized; vehicles stolen
Someone over the span of 12 hours stole four vehicles and vandalized seven others including the offices at a local car dealer in Wichita.
Police said an unknown number of suspects broke into Discount Auto Sales at 9901East Kellogg. The owner believes the incident happened after 6 o'clock Tuesday night and before 7 o'clock Wednesday morning. "As they began to do an inventory, they realized four vehicles on the lot had been stolen." Lt. Doug Nolte said. Investigators are reviewing surveillance cameras for leads. Anyone with information urged to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 267-2111.
