The sold out NBA preseason game between Oklahoma City and Dallas set an attendance record at Intrust Bank Arena in the City of Wichita.

The game reached maximum capacity of 15,004 which made it the highest attended event in the Arena's history. " The way the Wichita community supported and embraced this event was incredible, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the record attendance we achieved, " SMG General Manager, A.J. Boleski, said. " The Oklahoma City Thunder is a first-class organization. Their partnership with Fox Sports Midwest allowed us to showcase our facility to a regional audience and we truly look forward to a longstanding relationship between Intrust Bank Arena and the Oklahoma City Thunder."

It was the first time Intrust Bank Arena hosted an NBA preseason game since opening its doors in January of 2010. " We are humbled with the loyal support of our fans in Wichita, culminating with the record attendance at Intrust Bank Arena," Oklahoma City Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing Brian Byrnes said.  " Our players, coaches and staff look forward to returning again real soon."  The match up Wednesday night between the Thunder and Mavericks marked the last pre-season game for Oklahoma City, who defeated Dallas 88-76.
