Three dead in Finney Co. crash
A head-on collision in Finney County Friday evening night killed three people.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened about 8:20 p.m. on U.S. Highway 83 about six miles north of Garden City.
The accident took the lives of 81-year-old Doris Reed and 68-year-old Leta Weems, both of Scott City. Also killed was 21-year-old Phillip Cook of Littlefield, Texas.
