Skycycle accident in Butler County
A Butler County man is in fair condition at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita after an accident with a Skycycle Sunday morning.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Rodney Beeton of Leon was trying to take off when the device banked, hit a fence and then a tree. This happened at Southwest 157th Street and Haverhill Road.
A trooper at the scene said Beeton was wearing a helmet and was strapped in.
