A preliminary hearing has been moved to December for two men accused in the beating death of a Tabor College student. The hearing was scheduled Monday, but a McPherson County judge continued it to Dec. 1.

The suspects are both 19, from Dallas. Alton Franklin and Dequinte Flournoy are charged with aiding and abetting second degree murder in the September death of former Tabor College football player Brandon Brown. He was found on a street in McPherson on Sept. 16, and he died at a hospital six days later.
