One person killed in shooting at Halloween party
Hutchinson police are interviewing potential suspects after a shooting at a Halloween party shortly after 8 Wednesday evening.
Police say 26-year-old Dustin Brooks was shot in the torso and taken by private vehicle to a home in the 100 block of East B Street, then to a nearby fire station.
Once at the fire station, Brooks was transported to Hutchinson Hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
