Woman robbed, attacked at south Wichita strip mall
A gunman took money from a 43-year-old woman, then pushed her to the ground and kicked her multiple times. The robbery happened late Thursday night at a strip mall in the 800 block of South Woodlawn.
Lieutenant Doug Nolte said the gunman was described as black or Hispanic, in his 20s, around 5-feet-9-inches tall and 140 pounds, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. He also had a tattoo on his neck.
The woman was treated and released at a hospital. No arrests have been made.
