Grenola woman killed in crash
The Kansas Highway Patrol investigated a fatal crash in Cowley County around 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
A Volkswagon Jetta driven by a 16-year-old from Cambridge did not see a Dodge Grand Caravan that was slowing ahead of her, causing the collision on U.S. 160, one mile west of Cambridge.
Dianna Langley, 47, of Grenola died in the crash. She was a passenger in the Grand Caravan being driven by 81-year-old Harvey Anderson of Grenola. He was not injured.
The 16-year-old girl driving the Jetta was injured and taken to William Newton Hospital.
