Man critically injured in Hutchinson accident
A 73-year-old man is in critical condition after he was struck by a car while crossing the street in Hutchinson. It happened shortly before 4 p.m. Sunday.
The Hutchinson Police Department said Neil Kralicek was in the crosswalk on E. Avenue A at N. Poplar when he was struck by a westbound car. He was airlifted by Lifeteam helicopter to Via Christi hospital on St. Francis in Wichita.
Police said alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
