Eastside convenience store robbed
Wichita police are looking for a man who robbed an eastside convenience store Friday evening.
Sgt. Bruce Watts said the suspect entered the store at Lincoln and Governeour around 6:30 p.m. and pointed a 6-inch kitchen knife at the clerk, demanding he get on the floor.
The suspect took an unknown amount of cash from the register. He is described as a man in his 30s, 6-feet-2-inches tall, about 200 pounds and was last seen wearing a stocking cap, grey coat and black gloves.
