A women's basketball player suspended at Wichita State
Wichita State University women's basketball sophomore Molly O'Brien has been suspended from the team.
Head coach Jody Adams announced the suspension, effective immediately, is the result of a violation of team rules. The Lady Shockers are coming off a 62-44 victory over Grambling State.
WSU faces Kansas State Tuesday night at Koch Arena. The Lady Shockers have dropped three of their last five games heading into the contest.
