Kansas Congressman said both sides far apart on plan to end 'fiscal cliff"
Kansas Congressman Mike Pompeo said he hasn't found a plan from President Obama he can agree on to prevent the so-called " fiscal cliff " by the end of the year.
In a teleconference with Kansas reporters from Washington, D.C., Pompeo said he's unwilling to sign an agreement of tax increases on the wealthy without immediate spending cuts from the Obama administration.
Its been an emotional week for Pompeo. He described the plight of a small business owner in Wichita discouraged with federal health care issues. "She's nearly in tears because she's just learned what the president's health care plan is going to mean for her business in 2013 and 2014." Pompeo said.
