Southeast Wichita stabbing leaves one dead
A 27-year-old man died after a stabbing in the 2000 block of White Oak Drive, near Pawnee and Rock Road.
Police say the man was stabbed at a party and friends drove him to Via Christi Hospital on East Harry after 1 a.m. Sunday. The man died after he was transfered to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis.
Detectives took several witnesses to City Hall for interviews. They were still talking with the witnesses as of early Sunday afternoon. No arrests had been made.
