Sedgwick County Sheriff's DUI Patrol nets six arrests, four DUIs
Four people were arrested for drinking and driving over the weekend during a Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department DUI Saturation Patrol.
Deputies watched traffic between 11 p.m. Saturday until 3 a.m. Sunday at an undisclosed location. There were six arrests during that time - four for DUI, one for driving while suspended and one for an outstanding warrant. A spokesman said 25 citations were also written for various traffic violations.
The DUI saturation patrol consisted of one sergeant, six deputies and one reserve deputy.
