El Dorado woman gives birth on east Kellogg
A family of two became a family of three before reaching a Wichita hospital.
A 911 Dispatch Supervisor said a man and a woman from El Dorado were headed to the hospital when the woman went into labor.
When a police officer arrived on Kellogg west of the Turnpike at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, he found a mother, father and a little boy.
The 911 supervisor said the family is doing fine. They refused an ambulance.
