Four-goal second period paces Thunder to victory
Thunder goaltender Kevin Regan recorded his second shutout of the season as the Wichita Thunder defeated the Fort Worth Brahmas 6-0.
The Thunder got four goals from three different scorers in the second period to take command of the game. Forward Todd Griffith recorded two of the Thunder's four goals.
Next up for Wichita are the Tulsa Oilers, who come to Intrust Bank Arena Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears to throw onto the ice after the team scores their first goal.
