Police looking for man who robbed eastside motel
Wichita Police are investigating an armed robbery of the Days Inn in the 7300 block of East Kellogg just before 8 p.m. Friday.
Police Sgt. Scott Brunow said a man walked into the motel and demanded money from the clerk.
"The clerk did hand over the money from the hotel and the suspect did place it into a orange, plastic container," said Brunow.
It is not known how much money the robber got away with. The clerk told police the robber left the hotel on foot.
The suspect is described as 5-feet-10-inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie, dark jeans, black gloves, black skimask and had a black handgun in the robbery.
