It happened just before 11o'clock Thursday morning at 77th Street North and Meridian. " He was northbound, when his SUV spun out of control into a southbound pickup truck," said Valley Center Chief of Police Mark Hephner. " There's still some question whether he had a medical condition that caused the accident or if he just lost control of his vehicle."  77 year-old Bob Finkbiner of 2500 West Millro in Wichita, was taken to Via Christi on St. Francis, where he died late last week. Three people in the other car had minor injuries.
