2 men injured in Butler County accident
Butler County sheriff's deputies are investigating a crash that sent two rural El Dorado men to a Wichita hospital in critical condition.
The accident was reported around 3:30 p.m. Saturday in a field near Northeast 100th and Stony Creek Road, south of Cassoday. Butler County Sheriff Kelly Herzet said the men were riding a Polaris utility terrain vehicle at a high rate of speed, and it rolled several times.
The men were ejected from the vehicle. They were later flown by a medical helicopter to Wichita.
The riders were identified as 27-year-old Jeremy Brown and 28-year-old Jonathan Michael.
