A child has died as a result of a crash northwest of Wichita
A crash between an oil tanker truck and mini-van left a child dead, a sibling and mother injured.
The crash happened about 12:30 this afternoon on 53rd Street North and 119th Street West near the City of Maize. Its believed a nine month old child has serious injuries, while the mother was also taken to Via Christi on St. Francis with a potentially serious injury. The driver of the tanker truck was not hurt. So far, no names have been released.

Details are sketchy, but its believed an infant suffered critical injuries in a two vehicle crash.
