Legislators to hear public concerns in forum
The public will get the opportunity to voice their suggestions and concerns to the South Central Legislative Delegation at a forum Tuesday.
Legislators from the area will attend the forum, set for 7 p.m. in the Jury Room of the Sedgwick County Courthouse, located at 525 N. Main.
Those wanting to address the legislators are asked to arrive early to fill out a request. Speakers will need to provide their name, contact information, a summary of the items they wish to discuss and their House or Senate district number.
Each speech is limited to three minutes. Speakers are allowed to provide handouts to legislators and other members of the public.
People attending the forum can enter the building through the front entrance on Main St.
