Man arrested for firing shotgun at occupied house
Wichita police arrested a man for firing at least one shotgun blast at a house in the 2200 block of West Second while people were inside.
The incident was reported around 7 p.m. Friday. No one was hurt.
Officers picked up a 57-year-old man nearby in the 400 block of North Athenian.
The man was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail on suspicion of criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal threats/domestic violence, criminal discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling and possession of marijuana.
