Heights student arrested for bringing gun to school
A Wichita Heights High School student is in some hot water after taking a gun to school.
Officials with USD 259 said administrators at Heights found the weapon Friday while looking into another incident.
The district said the incident was isolated, and no threats were made to students or staff.
Parents were notified of the incident.
