Boy, 8, critically hurt in crash
An 8-year-old boy was rushed to a hospital in critical condition after a one-vehicle rollover crash in north Wichita.
The accident happened around 3:15 p.m. Saturday on the westbound off ramp from K-96 to Hillside. A GMC Denali rolled down a steep embankment, ejecting the little boy. Three other people were hurt in the crash.
Debris was scattered for several hundred feet.
The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating.
