A Derby teenager was the victim of a rollover crash.

The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said 14-year-old Braxton Kooser was dead at the scene of the accident on 87th Street South and Webb Road just after midnight Saturday.

The preliminary investigation showed that the driver of the westbound 2005 Dodge Durango lost control of the vehicle, which left the road and rolled.

The driver, 14-year-old Caleb Sheldon, and a passenger, 15-year-old Kaleb Kelley, were rushed to Wesley Medical Center in serious condition.

Sheldon has been released, while Kelley has improved to fair condition. Another passenger, 15-year-old Alex Helt, was treated for minor injuries.
