Wichita police make arrest in 2012 fatal accident
A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the wreck that killed 6-year-old Feodora Two-Hatchett this past June.
The accident happened on June 26 at the intersection of Mt. Vernon and Edgemoor.
Wichita Police said the man was speeding, possibly up to 70 mph, in a 35 mph zone. Police said the mother of Two-Hatchett may not have come to a complete stop at the intersection.
The 19-year-old man was arrested Monday night. He is expected to be charged with second degree reckless homicide.
