Police identify victim of north Wichita homicide
Wichita police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting at a north side home. 26-year-old Jeremiah Doby was shot and killed during an apparent robbery Tuesday night in his home in the 1700 block of East 23rd Street North.
Police have 3 16-year-old boys in custody in connection with the murder.
