Snow causes slick driving conditions in Wichita
The Emergency Accident Reporting Plan was put into effect for the City of Wichita Thursday afternoon when light snow created icy driving conditions.
If you're in an accident and no one's hurt, no drugs/alcohol are involved and both cars are driveable...exchange insurance information with the other driver and fill out an EARP form. You can pickup a form at Quik Trip, Police Substations and online.

A brief dusting of snow created slick driving conditions here in Wichita and Sedgwick County.
The National Weather Service issued a significant weather advisory for Butler, Cowley, Kingman, Sedgwick and Sumner Counties. National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated a narrow band of light to moderate snow across parts of south central Kansas. The snow was affecting bridges and overpasses in the Wichita Metro area. The band of snow moved through south central and southeast Kansas, and skies cleared by late afternoon.
