Another suspect faces charges in McDonald's drive-through shooting
A third suspect is facing charges in connection with a Jan. 9 disturbance at a west Wichita McDonald's drive-through that left a car with damage from a shotgun blast.
Police at the time said the incident began when a customer became irate over a mistake in an order.
Detectives now believe it was Isaac Pankratz, 20, who fired the shotgun at another customer. The documented gang member faces four counts of aggravated battery. No one was hurt.
After the incident, SWAT team officers were involved in a long standoff at a house after which they arrested Sean Costa and his girlfriend, Melissa Palacios. Costa faces a federal gun charge. Palacios is charged wtih four counts of aggravated assault and one count of criminal possession of a firearm.
