United Way extends survey deadline
If you received a survey from the United Way of the Pains, you have more time to return it.
The deadline was today, but extended until February 15th. The results will help organizations meet community needs in Wichita and surrounding areas. Its part of the regional Community Needs Assessment mailed last month to more than 7,000 randomly selected households.
The survey asks for their input on social and health needs in Sedgwick, Butler, Harvey, Reno, and Sumner counties. The survey is taken every three years and this year is conducting in collaboration with Via Christi Health and Sedgwick County Health Department.
In addition to the randomly mailed survey, other community residents can go to www.unitedwayplains.org/survey and complete an electronic version of the survey.
